The Honour Box is available on site for payment with the Winter Rate now in effect.

Our course is fun for all levels and we have a great selection of golf apparel and casualwear, as well as golf balls and golf accessories. If you have any questions about our course, or booking a tournament please email us at pigolf@shaw.ca. or give us a call at 250-629-6659. Emails are checked weekly during the off season.

2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are hereby invited to attend the AGM of the Club to be held this coming Sunday.

In support of this meeting, the following documents are attached for your review:

* President’s Report
* Draft Minutes of AGM – November 17, 2024
* Financial Statements for the year ending September 30,2025

The Treasurer’s and Membership Reports will be presented verbally. Any voting will be by a show of hands unless a ballot is demanded by a member. The attached agenda does not preclude motions from the floor that comply with the Societies Act and the Club’s Bylaws.

In the interest of being ecologically friendly, I would ask you please print at home and bring with you any of the attached documents you may require for the meeting.

This is an important meeting and attendance by at least 25 club members is required to make up a quorum. In this regard, your attendance will be greatly appreciated.

You are also cordially invited to stay afterwards for light refreshments and a brief social.
